Part-A- **Standard Operating Procedure for Opening a New Student Study Club Mission “EduReach” ** 

Our mission “EduReach” is to empower underprivileged students in grades four to eleven through Studies, education and Soft Skill development in the rural and slum areas. To establish a new student study club operating from 5.30 PM to 8.00 PM, we follow these steps to ensure security, safety, organization, and community support: – 

  1. **Select a Safe Venue**: Choose a well-lit, accessible location in the village or slum area with adequate space for fifty students and secure entry/exit paths. 
  2.  **Engage the Community**: Meet with local leaders, such as Sarpanch or ward members, and parents to share the club’s goals and secure their support. 
  3. **Obtain Approvals**: Secure necessary permissions from local authorities GramPanchayat  to operate evening study sessions from Five to eight PM.
  4. **Ensure Safety Measures**: Coordinate with local police or community watch groups for evening patrols.
  5. We appoint at least One coache/Teacher and one community volunteer to supervise fifty students. 
  6.  **Train Staff**: Provide training in teaching methods, child safety, first aid, and emergency procedures for evening operations. 
  7. **Enroll Students**: Register up to fifty students in grades four to eleven, collecting emergency contacts and No objection from their parents.
  8. **Provide Resources**: Equip the venue with study materials, seating, reliable lighting, and a first-aid kit.
  9. **Establish Safety Protocols**: Implement rules for safe student travel. i.e. group walking by leading students of 9 to 11th Grade. 
  10. **Set a Schedule**: Create a structured timetable for 5.30 -to- 8.00 PM sessions, balancing academics with engaging activities. 
  11.  **Share Code of Conduct**: Distribute the student, parent, teacher, and community codes of conduct to all these stakeholders. 
  12. **Promote the Club**: Launch an awareness campaign using local events, flyers, or meetings to encourage enrollment and community involvement. 
  13. **Monitor Progress**: Regularly track attendance, student progress, and safety, gathering feedback from parents and community members.
  14.  **Maintain Communication**: Keep parents and local leaders informed about club activities and address concerns promptly.

Part B – **Code of Conduct for Teachers and Coaches** 

Our student study clubs are dedicated to empowering underprivileged students in grades four to eleven through Studies soft Skills,education from 5.30 to 8.00 PM. Teachers and coaches play a vital role in creating a safe, respectful, and inspiring learning environment. Please adhere to the following guidelines: 

  1. **Punctuality and Commitment**: Arrive on time and conduct sessions consistently from 5.30 to eight PM to ensure a reliable learning schedule.
  2. **Foster Respect**: Treat all students, parents, and community members with respect, encouraging a positive and inclusive atmosphere. 
  3. **Ensure Safety**: Supervise students closely during evening hours, ensuring they remain in the designated study area and report any safety concerns immediately. 
  4. **Maintain Professionalism**: Use appropriate language and behavior, serving as a role model for students in rural and slum communities. 
  5. **Encourage Learning**: Engage students with interactive and supportive teaching methods tailored to their academic needs and grade levels. 
  6. **Monitor Attendance**: Keep accurate records of student attendance, including emergency contact details, for safety and accountability. 
  7. **Support Safety Protocols**: Be trained in basic first aid and emergency procedures, and conduct regular safety drills with students. 
  8. **Communicate Effectively**: Inform parents and community advisors about student progress, challenges, security or safety issues promptly. 
  9. **Protect Resources**: Ensure study materials, laptops, table, books and facilities are used responsibly and maintained for ongoing use. 
  10. **Collaborate with Community**: Work with local leaders and volunteers to enhance the security and success of evening study sessions.

Part C – **Code of Conduct for Parents**  

Our student study clubs provide a safe and supportive learning environment for students in grades four to eleven from 5.30 to 8.00 PM. We kindly ask parents to follow these guidelines to support our mission “EduReach”: 

  1. Ensure your child attends study club sessions regularly and arrives on time by 5.30 PM. 
  2. Arrange safe travel for your child to and from the study club, such as escorting them or organizing group travel, especially in rural or slum areas during evening hours. 
  3. Inform club supervisors/Coaches/Teacher of any health concerns or special needs your child may have.
  4. Encourage respectful behavior at home, reinforcing the importance of listening to teachers and peers. 
  5. Report any safety concerns, such as unsafe routes or incidents, to club staff promptly. 
  6. Support a distraction-free learning environment by ensuring your child avoids bringing mobile phones or other disruptive items. 
  7. Participate in Monthly meetings or discussions to stay informed about your child’s progress and the study club’s activities.

Part D – **Code of Conduct for Student Study Clubs for Students** 

Our mission “EduReach” is to empower underprivileged students through Studies, soft skills dev. And education. To ensure a safe, respectful, and productive environment in our evening study clubs (5.30 PM to 8:00 PM) for students in grades four to eleven, we uphold the following guidelines: **For Students:** 

  1. Arrive on time and attend classes regularly to make the most of study hours. 
  2. Show respect to teachers, volunteers, and fellow students; bullying or disruptive behavior is not tolerated. 

3 Stay within the designated study area for your safety, especially during evening hours. 

  1. Immediately report any concerns, such as unfamiliar individuals or unsafe conditions, to your teacher or supervisor or Parents.
  2. Keep the study space clean and treat all materials and property with care. 
  3. Focus on learning by avoiding distractions like mobile phones during class.

 Part E – **Community Involvement in Our Student Study Clubs – Role of Local Community Leader Group** 

Our Students study clubs empower students in grades four to eleven through education from 5.30 to 8.00 PM. We invite the local community to join us in creating a safe, secured, supportive, and thriving learning environment. 

Here’s how you as a Community Leader and a Noble Citizen can help and support: 

  1. **Partner with Us**: Work with local leaders, such as Sarpanch or ward members, to promote the study clubs and support safety initiatives during evening hours. 
  2. **Spread Awareness**: Attend community meetings to learn about our goals and share the vision of educating underprivileged students. 
  3. **Volunteer Support**: Offer your time as a respected elder or educated youth to supervise, mentor, or assist during study club sessions.
  4. **Enhance Safety**: Collaborate with local police or community watch groups to ensure secure venues and safe travel routes for students in rural and slum areas. – 
  5. **Contribute Resources**: Well off Persons, Local businesses and shopkeepers can donate supplies like stationery, study equipments, gadgets, snacks, or lighting to enrich the learning environment.
  6. **Join Our Advisory Group**: Represent your village in our community advisory group to share feedback and address safety or logistical needs. 
  7. **Celebrate Success**: Participate in student showcases or open sessions to witness the impact of the study clubs and celebrate our shared progress. 
  8. **Report Concerns**: Inform us about unsafe conditions, like poorly lighting paths, to help keep travel routes secure for students.
  9. **Engage in Local Events**: Promote the study clubs during festivals or gatherings to build community pride and ownership. 
  10. **Support Safety Training**: Volunteers can learn basic first aid and emergency protocols to strengthen our evening sessions.
