"MISSION SUPPORT 30" for upliftment of underprivileged people.
Mission “Support30” – Empowering 30 Lives
If each empowered Indian uplifts just 30 underprivileged individuals, we can transform the lives of over 35 crore people—one mentor at a time.
1. What is Mission Support30:
Mission Support30, an initiative by the Pitaji M.D. Panchbhai Foundation, is a call to action for well-settled individuals to mentor 30 underprivileged citizens including 5 members from own family. These mentors guide their mentees in areas such as education, skill development, employment, health, career and social empowerment and make significant impact on mentee’s life. The mission is built on the belief that direct, personalized mentorship can lead to deep and lasting social and economic transformation.
This is not charity—this is structured, personalized empowerment.
2. Why This Mission?
India stands at a social and economic crossroads. While the country celebrates advancements in technology and urban growth, a large section of the population—especially in tribal, rural and semi-urban areas—continues to struggle with basic life challenges. Despite progress, India faces critical challenges especially in Rural and Slum areas:
– 14.96% of the population is multidimensionally poor difficult to make both ends meet (NITI Aayog, 2023)
– 25+ crore are functionally illiterate (Ministry of Education). Illiteracy is the root cause of poverty, inequality and backwardness.
– Youth unemployment stands at 17.4% (CMIE, 2024) that to unorganized.
– Only 4.7% of the workforce is formally skilled (NSDC, 2022) whereas in developed countries this rate is 70%–80%.
– 60%+ rural youth lack proper mentorship or guidance.
-20% students upto Class 10 are school dropouts.
3. How Mission Support30 Works?
How It Works
- Each Mentor identifies and takes responsibility for 30 mentees—from their family, relatives, village, or surrounding areas.
- Mentees can be school children, dropouts, unemployed youth, or struggling families.
- The mentor provides educational support, career guidance, skill building, social empowerment, and health & emotional support.
- Through this structured relationship, mentees begin to rise—step by step—toward a better quality of life.
- Mentors track the progress of their mentees and report achievements using a credit-based evaluation system.
- Pitaji Foundation tracks their performance through monthly interaction and online reporting system.
- Also Pitaji Foundation advises, trains and shows direction to the Mentors how to do mentorship.
- Under Mission Support30 mentorship, Mentees can lead to deep and lasting social and economic transformation.
4. Mentor Recognition and Credit System
Mentors are awarded credits based on measurable improvements in the lives of their mentees. These domains/Area include education, economic upliftment, social empowerment, career and health. Any Mentor can choose One or more Domain/Area of their passion to support mentees. Mentors reaching milestones receive recognition from the foundation through titles such as Bronze, Silver, Gold , Platinum, and Diamond Achievers.
